Hopfoolery Triple IPA
Our fist collaboration beer with the boys at Shenanigans Brewing Co. Centennial, Citra, Columbus, Simcoe hops. A big, bitter, piney, fruity high ABV IPA, designed to carry as much hop bitterness, flavour and aroma as possible.
9.0% ABV | 80 IBU
Rolled oats, Roast Barley and lots of it. This big beer is kept in balance by a huge amount of roast barley. UK Ale yeast together with the high gravity creates an array of fruity characters to complement it.

Coconut Brown Ale (Brew Darker homebrew comp winner)
UK Brown malt, Golden Naked Oats, Toasted Coconut. Toasted coconut is the dominant character in both flavour and aroma, balanced by a dry, brown malt base. Chocolate characters led to this being labelled as a 'coconut rough' brown by Zac Pauling, whose recipe this is brewed from.

Aurora/Riwaka SMASH (GABS 2017)
Featuring NZ Aromatic malt and Riwaka hops, this single malt and single hop amber ale marries dried fruit and toasty malt flavours with the juicy, oil-rich Riwaka.

Traditional witbier malt bill and yeast, featuring coriander, Australian orange peel, Moutere and Amarillo hops. Somewhere between a witbier and a White IPA. Witbier characters evident, particularly spiciness, paired with a fruity-driven hop flavour and aroma.

Galaxy dry hopped. Assertive yet refreshing tartness. Passionfruit aroma from dry hops complements a fruity sourness.
Parti-Gyle Dark Ale
Mid-strength dark ale with rich roast flavours from roasted barley and dark crystal malt, reminiscent of an Northern English dark mild. Generous East Kent Goldings and Cascade hop additions in the boil and the fermenter.

Aromatic and red caramel malts - Simcoe, Columbus, Galaxy, Pacifica. A deep red hue, toffee malt tones balanced by very firm bitterness. Resinous, herbal, fruity hop character abounds in flavour and aroma.

Cascade, Simcoe, Amarillo, Waimea, Ardennes yeast, Chocolate & Roast Barley. Aroma predominately hops and roast malt, some yeast and higher alcohols. Taste: dry roast malt character, strong bitterness and hop flavour, fruity notes from the Ardennes yeast and ABV.
